Located just inside the Belize Barrier Reef, Silk Cayes feature beautiful white beaches surrounded by turquoise seas. A few coconut trees complete the postcard view.

Trip Plan for Silk Cayes Belize
A typical day snorkeling starts with a briefing from the park rangers. Next, your licensed snorkel guide leads you into the water. Then, they take you on a tour of the abundant and varied coral to meet the local residents. If you haven’t snorkeled before, no problem. Our guides happily show you the ins and outs of snorkeling, plus the coral and the creatures that live in it. Notably, you’ll spot spotted drum, huge lobsters, cleaner shrimp, arrow crabs, snapper, barracuda, and more reef fish varieties than you can count.
Around midday, you’ll enjoy an authentic Belize-style picnic lunch. Often, divers go out on the same boat and join the snorkelers for lunch. As a result, It is a great destination for families or couples when some prefer to dive and others prefer to snorkel.
After lunch, head back into the water to explore more coral and meet the other denizens that call Silk Cayes home.
