Getting to Placencia
Maya Island Air and Tropic Air have multiple daily flights between Placencia and Philip S W Goldson International Airport near Belize City as well as the Belize Municipal Airport.
Floralia provides daily bus service between Belize City and Placencia.
Splash DMC provides transfers in air-conditioned vans from both airports to Placencia.
Visitors coming from Honduras can catch the weekly water taxi between San Pedro Sula and Placencia. You can email prideofbelize825@gmail.com.
Accommodation
There are lots of accommodation options in and around Placencia. We provide complimentary pickup/drop off along the main road in the village but charge USD $10.00 per person for pickup/drop off round trip up the Placencia Peninsula. Regarding accommodations, note that some say Placencia but are located up the Placencia Peninsula. This link lists many of the 163 Belize Tourism Board-approved accommodations.
