Take the PADI Emergency First Response course EFR and learn CPR/First Aid to assist others in need and provide emergency care

This emergency first response course is open to all non-divers and family members, including children.

Emergency First Response Primary Care

Primary Care is a non-diving certification that teaches you basic first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). This program has no minimum age requirements so is ideal for all family members. Additional skills include using an “automated external defibrillator”, providing oxygen, and dealing with choking adults.

Emergency First Response Secondary Care

Emergency First Response

Build upon your CPR and First Aid skills by learning how to provide secondary care to a patient. This is critical when local emergency services will be delayed. The secondary care module shows you how to assess illnesses, injuries, and splint wounds.  In one day, become a competent Emergency First Responder.

This certification is a prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course.

EFR is one of those courses that everyone should take.  In less than one day you can build your confidence and know how to act in the event of an emergency.
